In order to comply with the requirements set out in the Company Ordinance (Cap.622) of the Laws of Hong Kong and the tax obligations outlined in the Inland Revenue Ordinance, the annual financial statements of a Hong Kong limited company should be audited and submitted by a registered firm of Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants.
The Inland Revenue Department also requires that limited companies submit their annual profits tax return with their audited financial statements for the purpose of tax assessment.
LKKC aims to provide valuable audit services to clients through independent financial statement reporting to the shareholders. Our auditor’s reports not only evaluate the financial information of the Company, but also consider potential risks in operation.
