It is a great honor for Mr. Wilson C. Kwok, Chairman of LKKC CPA Limited, appointed as the 2023 Vice Chairman of the Friends of Scouting by Mr. Mark Chan, Friends of Scouting Commissioner and Mr. Pang Wai-cheong Derek, President of the Friends of Scouting.
